<p>Senior Footwear Designer and Merchandiser with over two decades of experience driving global lines, elite athlete signature programs, and high-performance product creation in the action sports and lifestyle space. From initial trend, color, and material research to final tech packs and hands-on factory commercialization, I bridge the gap between creative vision and market reality. As a collaborative leader, I excel at translating deep consumer insights and subculture authenticity into commercially successful products across the performance, lifestyle, and casual categories. •Responsible for the design, development, and merchandising of the global line. •Present new design briefs each season while pushing new trends and meeting the demand for each global region. •Design from sketch, tech pack build, pattern corrections, materialization, and color CAD creation. •Collaborate with the design team and merchandiser to create a well balanced collection and pricing structure within each category. •Provide story telling with design and merchandise each season to sales representatives and key accounts. •Manage the SMU sample process.

Footwear Designer

Responsible for the design, development, and merchandising of the global line for the Men’s, Women’s and Kid’s categories. •Present new design briefs each season while pushing new trends and meeting the demand for each global region. •Design from sketch, tech pack build, pattern corrections, materialization, and color CAD creation. •Collaborate with the CEO, the marketing department and the global sales team to create a well balanced collection and pricing structure within each category. •Work directly with the skate, surf, snow and BMX team on signature product •Provide story telling with design and merchandise each season to sales representatives and key accounts. •Manage the SMU sample process.

Merchandise and Design Manager - Footwear - Etnies

•Managed the footwear designers for each brand. •Helped distribute briefs from PLM to designer. •Ensured each design was followed through from sample to production. •Worked with the PLMs to make sure each design followed the specification of each brief from design, colors, materials and cost. •Organized market research trips for inspiration before each design season.

Group Manager, Footwear Design

•Responsible for designing innovative product for the éS brand. •Built tech packs and color CADs. •Worked with multiple riders on signature products and colorways. •Collaborated with hardgoods companies. •Worked directly with the PLM and marketing on design specifications and pricing.

Senior Footwear Designer

•Designed shoes and sandals from sketch, tech pack to production. •Worked with riders on signature products. •Collaborated with the President on final colorways and merchandising.

•Assisted the Senior Footwear Designer in creating designs and tech packs. •Design, tech pack build, developed and created color CADs for footwear. •Design, tech pack build, developed and created color CADs for Forum snowboard boots. •Collaborated with sales and Senior Footwear Design on line building.
