Responsible for the design, development, and merchandising of the global line for the Men’s, Women’s and Kid’s categories. •Present new design briefs each season while pushing new trends and meeting the demand for each global region. •Design from sketch, tech pack build, pattern corrections, materialization, and color CAD creation. •Collaborate with the CEO, the marketing department and the global sales team to create a well balanced collection and pricing structure within each category. •Work directly with the skate, surf, snow and BMX team on signature product •Provide story telling with design and merchandise each season to sales representatives and key accounts. •Manage the SMU sample process.
