Your Job : As the Materials Developer at Brooks, you play an integral part in the seasonal material development process, utilizing product and process knowledge. You will work with a cross-functional product creation team from the collection of insights through commercialization to deliver products that exceed consumer expectations. You must have knowledge across different material and trim constructions and processes involved in development, including engineering wrap, wefts, and wovens. Knowledge in raw material properties, testing, and costing is also a must. Other critical responsibilities include understanding manufacturing capabilities, anticipating issues, problem-solving, and timely resolution. You will be responsible for partnering with the Materials team to initiate ideas around material and trim development opportunities that will improve product performance, product value, and communicate improvements across product teams.

Your Job: In today’s dynamic and increasingly complex global marketplace, the ability to connect strategy with execution through reliable, data-informed planning is essential to supporting Brooks’ growth. As the Market Supply Planning Operations Planner at Brooks, you will support MSP Global Operations by coordinating and maintaining key cross-regional planning processes, tools, reporting, and timelines that help connect planning decisions across regions and planning horizons. This role supports the continued buildout of MSP Global Operations by providing dedicated execution support for global processes, improving business continuity, strengthening cross-training, and creating more consistent planning outputs across regions. In this role, you will help maintain established planning workflows and contribute to process improvements that support visibility, data accuracy, and cross-functional coordination. You will partner closely with MSP, Sourcing, Finance, and regional teams to gather inputs, track deliverables, prepare reporting, surface issues, and escalate risks as needed. You will support core transverse processes, including long-term planning, capacity management, risk scenario inputs, inventory process execution, and service delivery support to global markets. By applying control tower principles — visibility, collaboration, agility, and accountability — you will help provide timely information, highlight potential trade-offs, and support more informed planning discussions. Operating in a highly collaborative environment, you will balance executional excellence with practical continuous improvement. Your work will support planning efficiency, data integrity, and consistent execution across regions while contributing to on-time delivery against key business milestones.

Your Job: You are passionate about understanding the customer and optimizing their experience across the entire digital journey. As the eCommerce CRO Manager at Brooks, you will lead the efforts to improve conversion, retention, and satisfaction by combining customer insights, behavioral data, and experimentation. You will own the strategy and execution of our VoC and testing programs, using them to identify friction points and validate solutions across the funnel – from landing to loyalty. This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, customer-obsessed, and thrives in cross-functional environments. You will collaborate with UX, engineering, analytics, and marketing teams to drive meaningful improvements in our digital experience. You will play a key role in shaping our digital roadmap and influencing broader eCommerce strategies.

Your Job: As the Director, Color & Trend Footwear Design, you will own the aesthetic direction for Brooks Running footwear across color, graphics, materials, finishes, and trend. You will shape the emotional experience of our products, connecting performance function with a clear aesthetic vision that helps Brooks create product runners love. You will create and manage the long-term direction for seasonal palettes and the CRAFTED BEAUTY design language, using trend insight, design research, runner data, and digital creation tools to guide fresh, market-relevant color and material applications across the footwear line. You will lead Color & Trend Design across inline, innovation, and lifestyle footwear, while also influencing head-to-toe initiatives and Product Virtualization. You will inspire, coach, and guide design leaders, build critical thinking and problem-solving skills across the team, and help the group navigate ambiguity, risk, and change with clarity. As a member of the extended Seasonal Creation Leader group, you will bring the aesthetic vision to life throughout product creation. You will partner across Design, Merchandising, Development, Product Marketing, and external teams to establish and communicate the CRAFTED BEAUTY seasonal design language and support Brooks’ goal of being the most loved brand for runners worldwide.
