About UsReformer Loops designs and creates sustainably made Pilates props, resistance bands, grip socks, reformer loops, balls, and yoga blocks, used by studios and home practices around the world. We&#39;re a small, growing San Diego-based team looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to help keep our warehouse and shipping running smoothly each morning. You&#39;ll work directly with the owner, not get lost in a big operation.&nbsp;What You&#39;ll Do<ul><li>Come in 9am to 12pm Monday through Friday, to handle the day&#39;s online orders</li><li>Review orders in Shopify and print order and shipping labels</li><li>Pick items from stock shelves and pack orders accurately</li><li>Apply shipping labels and prep packages for shipment</li><li>Monitor stock levels and flag anything running low</li><li>Break down empty boxes and take them out for recycling</li><li>Drop off packed boxes and shipping bags at the post office</li><li>Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and tidy</li><li></li></ul>What We&#39;re Looking For<ul><li>Reliable and punctual, able to commit to a consistent morning schedule five days a week</li><li>Comfortable with physical work, including lifting up to 30 to 40 lbs, standing, and moving stock</li><li>Detail-oriented, especially with order accuracy and labeling</li><li>Basic comfort with computers and tablets for order review and label printing</li><li>Around one year of warehouse, stockroom, or shipping experience is a plus, but we&#39;re happy to train the right person</li><li>Reliable transportation for post office runs, mileage reimbursed (post office is very close for easy dropoff of stock)</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Pay<ul><li>Part-time, mornings, five days a week, 9am to 12pm</li><li>Occasional extended hours during busy periods, with advance notice and paid at the same rate</li><li>Open to weekend availability if you want extra hours</li><li>$20 to $25 an hour, depending on experience</li><li>Room to grow with us as the business expands</li><li>No benefits included with this role</li></ul>&nbsp;To apply please email ben@reformerloops.com
