Account Manager / Project Coordinator

We're looking for a Client Success & Project Coordinator who genuinely enjoys building relationships with clients and has the organizational chops to keep multiple projects moving at once.

What You'll Do

• Be the trusted point of contact for existing clients, helping them get the most out of our platform.

• Guide new clients through onboarding and launch.

• Manage schedules, deliverables, and QA across multiple concurrent client projects.

• Coordinate with our dev, design, and admin teams to keep everything on track.

• Field support requests, troubleshoot issues, and keep the details from falling through the cracks.

What You Bring

• A natural, genuine interest in people you like clients, and it shows.

• Strong project management instincts; you can take something from concept to completion.

• Power-user comfort with web-based software and content management systems.

• Sharp attention to detail, reliable follow-through, and clear written communication.

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
