We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at our headquarters in Irvine, Ca. This position requires past experience with SAP ERP - you must know this software, we need this competency as a highest priority.
Summary:

Proven track record of seamless team integration, stepping in during staff absences to maintain uninterrupted service. Advanced proficiency in SAP ERP and Microsoft Office Suite, with specialized expertise in complex order entry, billing, logistics tracking, and return processing. Recognized for a calm, empathetic communication style that resolves customer inquiries efficiently while building long-term loyalty in fast-paced environments.
