Outdoor Collective LLC is a multi-brand platform built around performance, culture, and authenticity in outdoor and action sports. Our portfolio includes Spyder, Spyder’s culture-driven sub-brand Venom, Billabong Snow, and Tommy Hilfiger Alpine.

Across every brand, we believe great marketing starts with a strong product, a clear point of view, and deep respect for the communities we serve. We’re looking for a talented creative who understands the snow space and can bring that understanding to life through disciplined execution, sharp storytelling, and seamless go-to-market leadership.

The Role

Outdoor Collective is looking for a multi-talented, driven individual who wants to travel the world to capture and manage branded snow content for Spyder, Venom, and Billabong Snow. The Creative Content Specialist will capture, produce, edit, and manage photo and video content, and deploy assets across OC’s digital and social channels. From on-mountain shoot days to studio product shoots, this role owns the full content creation and management pipeline, bringing Spyder’s seasonal stories, athlete partnerships, and product launches to life through sharp, platform-native visual storytelling.

This is a hands-on creative role for someone equally comfortable behind a camera on a chairlift as they are in an editing suite or on a phone. You’ll work closely with the Brand and Digital Marketing teams to ensure every piece of content reflects each brand’s DNA, resonates with endemic culture, and aligns with the Digital Marketing team's performance goals.

This role requires working weekends and holidays, as well as domestic and international travel, including on-mountain shoots and event activations in variable alpine conditions.

What You’ll Do

Content Capture

• Plan and execute social content for all OC owned accounts - @spyderactive and @venom__spyder

• Attend campaign photo shoots and plan and capture social-focused content to coincide with the hero campaign content.

• Operate professional camera equipment in demanding alpine conditions, including variable weather, terrain, and lighting.

• Use the in-house OC studio to capture product-specific motion and stills for social and digital use.

• Plan and execute social-focused pick-up content throughout the season.

• Attend Spyder/Venom activations. Capture and post live event content and event recaps.

• Work with athletes, talent, and brand partners on set to capture engaging behind-the-scenes content.

• Capture office processes, from product development sessions and athlete fittings to filming and editing sales and merchandising presentations.

Post-Production & Editing

• Take timelines from hero campaign shoots, edit, and post final assets optimized for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest) and digital channels.

• Cut and produce short-form video content — including Reels, TikToks, and campaign edits — with strong pacing, music selection, and platform awareness.

• Retouch and color-grade photo assets to meet brand standards and seasonal creative direction.

• Manage asset organization, file delivery, and archiving in the Marketing Team’s DAM.

Social & Digital Content Strategy Support

• Partner with the Marketing team to develop platform-specific content plans aligned with seasonal campaigns, product launches, and key cultural moments.

• Stay current on emerging content formats, platform trends, and ski culture to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.

• Contribute creative concepts and shot lists that advance the brand’s visual identity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to align content with seasonal storytelling priorities.

• Support athlete and influencer content activations, ensuring on-brand execution across deliverables.

• Assist in the production of content for wholesale, retail, and partner channels as needed.

Who You Are

• Driven and hungry creative ready to come to the team with ideas that will help make our brands stand out in a crowded space.

• Experienced in photo and video production, content creation, or a related creative role

• Proficiency in photo and video editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, and After Effects (or equivalent), and mobile platforms like CapCut and Edits.

• Demonstrated experience shooting and editing content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms

• Strong understanding of ski culture, the seasonal rhythm of the snow industry, and what resonates with the skiing community

• Able to operate comfortably and safely in alpine environments — on-mountain shooting experience is required

• Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

• A strong visual eye with a clear point of view on storytelling, composition, and brand voice

• Capable of receiving critical feedback and working within a team

Skills Required

Skiing and snow backgrounds are critical. Snow experience informs better creative instincts, sharper storytelling, and more authentic content. Whether through personal participation, competitive involvement, or professional experience in the ski industry, we want people who understand what it feels like to be on the mountain, because that’s who we make products for.

Experience creating, managing, and implementing content quickly and creatively will be crucial for this role. Much of the work will involve compiling and posting already-created content, but the ideal candidate will be able to create with a mobile/social mindset.

We shoot on Canon, Sony, GoPro, and iPhone.

Why This Role Matters

Our brand tells its stories through content. This role sits at the intersection of craft, culture, and brand, creating and managing the images and videos that skiers, athletes, and partners engage with every season. You’ll have the opportunity to shoot in some of the world’s best ski environments, work alongside world-class athletes, and shape how some of the most iconic brands show up in the world.
