Create production ready artwork for screen printing, embroidery, labels, trims, and promotional products. Manage client relationships, project timelines, budgets, and vendor partnerships. Oversee screen printing production, color separations, press setup, and quality control. Mentor and manage freelance designers and production staff across multiple projects. Collaborate with domestic and international manufacturers to ensure accurate production and premium product quality.
