BloqUV Sales Representative - Resort Channel

BloqUV is a lifestyle sun protective activewear brand recommended by The Skin Cancer Foundation. The UV protection does not wash away with launderings. Our lightweight fabric cools off 5 degrees when wet from sweat or water.

BloqUV is a multi-sport brand used for golf, tennis, pickleball, swimming, hiking, biking and more. Brand is celebrating 18 years of providing sun protective apparel and sold 800+ locations.

Our company is set up as a replenishment business and we have a large customer logo program with repeat business. Our garments are in solid colors with space for branding.

Territories:

• Southern California
• Northern California
• Hawaii
• Mid Atlantic

Job Description:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow territory.
• Solicit orders from new and prospective customers.
• Follow up on leads.
• Drive preseason bookings and re-orders
• Professional conduct line showings
• Nurture partnerships and identify key accounts
• Grow the customer base
• Survey, analyze and prepare proposals
• Develop strong product knowledge.
• Provide exceptional customer service and post-sale support.
• Attend Regional trade shows.
• Visit customers

Requirements, Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or fashion merchandising
• At least 1-2+ years of related sales experience
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales growth
• Ability to travel in the region
• Excellent communication and written skills.
• -Self-starter- able to work remotely without daily supervision
• Good organization skills
• Capable presentation skills
• Good people skills
• Strong work ethic
• Time management skills
• Proficient in excel, and PowerPoint preferably
• Must reside in sales territory

Compensation and Benefits:

• 1099 independent contractor; 100% commissioned based
• Company will support trade show expenses, provide samples at no cost and wardrobe.
